Our Policies
Product Use Information
Aluuna's Wind advocates informed and responsible use of the products purchased by the consumer. Aluuna's Wind assumes no responsibility or liability for the consumer's use and/or misuse of products sold. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that any item purchased does not violate local and/or State law.
Aluuna's Wind makes no warranty regarding healing or medicinal properties of items purchased. Reputed qualities of gems, minerals, oils are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice from a licensed physician. We are not qualified to prescribe or dispense medical advice and make no warranty in that regard. If you have questions about a particular medicinal use of one of our products, contact your physician or licensed health practitioner experienced in the use of that product. Please take care to educate yourself, work with a knowledgeable licensed practitioner for medicinal herbs or minerals, and note any safety notices provided with your order.
Privacy Policy
We do not share customer information with anyone not directly involved in the processing of an order. Customer information will not be sold or transferred to any organization outside of Aluuna's Wind. We respect your privacy and -- with the exception of customers who have requested to join our mailing lists -- will only send emails directly related to your order or account maintenance. Mailing list emails are restricted to announcing upcoming in-store events, promotions or sales.
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Missouri.
Approved Purchases
Aluuna's Wind reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or delay the order pending payment approval. We reserve the right to hold purchases made online, by check or money order via mail until payment has cleared through the customer's financial institution. Returned checks will be charged a $35 fee.
Shipping and Handling
Purchases will be shipped within 3-5 business days of approved purchase unless specified otherwise in the item description. Some items require up to 15 (fifteen) days for manufacturing and shipping. Shipping charges are approximate and depend on weight, value and current rates from shipper. We do not accept requests for COD. Items temporarily out of stock may be drop-shipped separately directly from manufacturer.
Returns
For undamaged merchandise, we will accept returns within 30 days of item purchase. We will refund the cost of the returned items minus a 15% restocking fee (and the return shipping fee if we paid for the item return).
Damaged Merchandise
We will replace, credit or refund any merchandise received in damaged condition on the following conditions:
1. Customer notifies us within seven (7) days of receipt of order and provides description of damaged item(s). Please email to: damagedreturns@aluunaswind.com
2. Customer returns damaged item(s) in original packaging to:

3. Upon verification that items were damaged by shipping and do not meet definition of "returns" we will replace, credit or refund the damaged item.
